DemonAxe
A downloadable game for Windows
This game was made as part of the "Miz Jam 1" game jam, in which the goal is to create a game in 48 hours (non-consecutive) using only the specified pack of art assets.

I created the music and sound effects myself.
Thanks also goes to the authors of Tiled and SuperTiled2Unity - the use of these two tools helped make the development much easier.
Note that the game is rather unfinished in some areas, as there is nothing to spend the coins you collect on (they were originally meant to buy weapon upgrades with).
Controls:
Press A to select the sword. (Hold A to recall the sword when superpowered)
Press B to select the axe. (Hold B to recall the axe when superpowered)
Press X to select the spear.
Use the right stick to use the selected weapon, which will charge as you kill enemies with it.
Once a weapon is fully charged, it will become superpowered for as long as you can keep the bar filled. Charge will go down with weapon use, so efficient kills are key!
